PROJECT OUTLINE

Full Circle Projects Inc, a registered non-profit organisation that provides NDIS services engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance for a site in North Toowoomba for a 54 unit multiple dwelling development for social and affordable housing accommodation. The development involves a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units including carparking and will also provide an on-site concierge 24 hours/7 days to assist and support the tenants.

The project importantly provides social and affordable housing accommodation that ensures an inclusive and supportive integration of people.
