PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Fernleigh Properties Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a master-planned residential community in Westbrook. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 to facilitate the future development of the land in accordance with the Fernleigh Westbrook Preliminary Approval Document (PAD). The project facilitated the development of a master-planned residential estate which includes a new town centre and an integrated open space network. A mix of housing forms and densities was proposed to purposefully respond to the needs of a mix of future residents.
