PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a retirement facility on the site of the Toowoomba Golf Club at Middle Ridge. The proposal involved 78 retirement units and communal facilities, including a swimming pool and café. The application included a “Reconfiguring a Lot” component to secure a lease over the site to accommodate the proposed retirement facility.
