Hallmark Property engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with Reconfiguring a Lot for a 2 into 154 lot subdivision which includes 147 vacant residential lots. This development is located to the north of the Highfields town centre at Wirraglen and Kleinton Roads. The subdivision will be developed over 8 stages and the residential allotments will range in size from 600m2 to just under 1200m2 . The Wirraglen development adds to the residential potential for the growing area of Highfields, north of Toowoomba, Queensland.


The residential lots will be connected to Council’s reticulated water supply and sewerage networks as well as the electricity and telecommunication networks servicing the area. The appearance of the development will be enhanced through the planting of street trees at regular intervals throughout the estate. An embellished open space corridor, including bike paths and picnic areas, will be located centrally in the development. A pedestrian path will be provided along Kleinton Road, connecting to the open space corridor and new roads throughout the development.
