PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by AK Medical Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of an integrated complex to accommodate the Drayton Medical Centre that was previously located in smaller premises. The complex will include general practitioners, as well as a dental or x-ray tenancy, together with a café to provide food and drink conveniences to both customers and workers in the area.

The project involves a purpose-built larger premises for an existing medical centre servicing the growing south-western corridor.
