PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by a client of Mahoney Lawyers to provide town planning advice and an opinion on a range of issues relevant to properties collectively comprising the Butlers Toyota Dealership in Toowoomba. The purpose of the study included the lawfulness of existing uses and the extent to which current uses of land comply with existing development approvals.
