PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the National Australia Bank (NAB) to provide town planning assistance with their development application to Toowoomba Regional Council for their project to build a new branch as part of a new retail and business banking centre in Ruthven, Little and Duggan Streets in the Toowoomba CBD.

The new centre under construction in 2023 is a double storey building providing retail and business banking as well as a separate retail tenancy and car parking.
