PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by WCW Property Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a Toyota Showroom and Warehouse. The project involved planning services for a mezzanine extension, vehicle service and pre-delivery centre, showroom and warehouse (vehicle storage yard).

Spanning over three levels, the project accommodated for pre-delivery fitment bays; staff and visitor bays and parts and accessories storage.
