Precinct Urban Planning provided VetLove with town planning assistance to prepare and lodge a development application for Veterinary Services at 201 Ruthven Street, North Toowoomba.

This development involves the reuse of an existing commercial shop fronting Ruthven Street. The northern suburbs of Toowoomba are undersupplied with Veterinary Services and the development will provide a new clinic with greater ease of access to the northern areas of the city. The development will include a waiting room, office, 3 consultation rooms, surgery & treatment room, pharmacy, x-ray bay, animal wards, staffroom and kitchen.
