PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Toowoomba Regional Council to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of an industrial estate in Highfields. The proposal involved approval of a development application for Reconfiguring a Lot for the subdivision of 2 into 18 lots. The proposal sought to establish Stage 2 of the estate and included a mix of medium impact industrial allotments and a new internal road.
