PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Cooby Reflections Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a Nature Based Tourism and Function Facility. The project involved seeking a Development Permit for Material Change of Use to utilise the subject land for the purposes of a Recreational Camp and Function Facility for up to 100 guests.
