PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Quilpie Shire Council to provide town planning assistance associated with a Variation Request to vary the land use intent to establish the Quilpie Transport and Travel Precinct. This is to facilitate the integrated and coordinated use and development of the land for a mix of industrial, commercial, transport and accommodation uses consistent with the Quilpie Transport and Travel Precinct (QTTP) Masterplan.

The project also involved town planning assistance to establish a Service Station/Truck Stop at the site. The service station/ truck stop is envisioned to comprise the anchor tenant within the QTTP.
