Bayley Moore is studying a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) at the University of Southern Queensland. He will graduate in 2025. His studies have involved a number of courses, including Sustainable Urban Design and Development and Community Consultation and Development. He has also studied introductory courses in Anthropology, Business and Company Law. Before joining Precinct Urban Planning in March 2023, Bayley worked as a Crew Trainer and Area Leader at a local fast food restaurant. Bayley enjoys being a member of the Precinct team and continues to gain knowledge and experience in planning and development that complements his studies, while also learning about the business operations of a planning consultancy. He has worked with various planners in our office on a range of developments from Airbnbs to Dual Occupancies. Bayley is pleased to be able to assist clients with their Development Applications and to learn from being involved in their planning journey across various local South East Queensland regions, having been involved now with a range of tasks in Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gatton, Gold Coast, Southern Downs and Western Downs.
