Susan Woodward joined Precinct Urban Planning in 2019 with over 20 years of experience in business coordination and administration, having worked in both the public and private sectors. Susan provides administrative support to the Precinct team. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Australian National University, where she studied Geography and Population Studies. She therefore has a particular interest in urban and regional planning. While completing her university education, Susan began her career in Canberra, working for the National Capital Development Commission (NCDC) as a graduate, where she was responsible for assisting with planning and preparing population projections. Since that time, and after further training in business systems and administration, Susan has gained experience in several industries, including engineering, banking, agricultural technology, health and educational sectors. Her areas of expertise include business and planning support, bid coordination for tenders and proposals, organising marketing and client events, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, banking and data processing, HR, reception, workplace health and safety, client liaison and executive support to management. Susan has a well-developed understanding of working in a consultancy environment. For 13 years, she delivered high levels of administrative support and business coordination at a large engineering consultancy firm in Toowoomba. She now applies these skills and her significant expertise to the benefit of Precinct Urban Planning, supporting our planning staff in the delivery of workable planning solutions to our clients.
